The process
Simplified schedule of QMODULAR carwash:
1. Prototype design changes & customization (if needed)

Design & Permitting (QMODULAR)
QMODULAR will provide a preliminary architectural design (in accordance with local municipality & customer’s site requirements) in editable form (CAD/RVT format), prepared for adaptation to the target construction documents, along with construction details. Depending on the location of the project, the QMODULAR team will prepare structural calculations according to local requirements and provide construction shop
documentation.
Design, Permitting (Local)
Customer’s locally contracted architectural and civil design teams will be responsible for preparing: Civil infrastructure and site development design, electrical system design, sanitary system (MEP) and HVAC to intimately take final construction documents through the permitting and entitlement process.
Site Work and Foundation Preparation (Local GC)
Necessary elements of the site prepared by customer’s local general contractor for delivery and installation:
– Foundations and main slab prepared in accordance with provided design specs (all dimensions and levels must be maintained)
– Installation points prepared in accordance with provided design specs;
– Plinth wall prepared in accordance with provided design specs;
– Compacted area around the building for crane works and container storage prepared in accordance with
provided site preparation plan (e.g. HDPE temporary road mats).
Shipping
The entire car wash is loaded into 7 40′ Open Top High Cube containers. The empty containers are delivered to the manufacturing facility where the car wash components are loaded on racks through the roof.
The containers are then sealed and sent on its way.
Logistics to Destination:
Ground transport to port in Poland ->
Sea transport to nearest receiving port->
Ground transport directly to the site.
The containers are unloaded directly
on site for building installation.

Building Installation
Thanks to the use of optimized production procedures all components including the structure and installations: plumbing, electrical and HVAC as well as interior finishes are prepared in the factory and shipped with building components. Each stage of construction undergoes multiple quality checks prior to shipping for the highest level of quality control. Finished prefabricated components are delivered to the site for final assembly.
Installation process:
– Main construction assembly and connection to site utilities for plumbing and electrical
– External and internal walls panels assembled followed by roof panels
– Doors and gates assembly
– Finishing works covering all joints
– MEP installations hookups provided by QMODULAR including exterior LED lighting. Building prepped for Wifi
and camera systems install.
– Custom optionality to include bathroom toilet, sink and tile finishes; LVP finished interior flooring; custom
cashiers’ desk; PVC or DIBOND wrapped tunnel walls; suspended ceilings etc..
Upon completion of installation, the QMODULAR team provides only technical documentation for the customer to go through final inspections for certificate of occupancy

Yes. Installation is budgeted as a fixed cost while shipping is included as an estimate based on current market rates.
Can I customize the size, layout and design of a QMODULAR Carwash building?
Yes, QMODULAR Carwash building can be customized to meet site specific requirements or customer preference. That said, the standard prototype has been designed to accommodate optimal carwash performance while drastically saving customers time and money.
How long does it take to manufacture, ship and install a QMODULAR Carwash building?
Roughly 8 weeks to manufacture and 6-8 weeks to ship and install depending on the subject property’s proximity to the receiving port.
Can the QMODULAR Carwash withstand hurricane force winds in coastal regions?
Yes, our building was designed to withstand wind speeds in excess of 170mph.
